Degenerative spondylolisthesis is a common cause of low back pain and resultant disability in the adult population. The causes degenerative are not entirely understood, though combination anatomic lifestyle factors likely contributes to development this pathology. Here, we report case 38-year-old female presenting with right lower extremity radiculopathy, found have L5-S1 spondylolisthesis, which postulate developed part due sagittal orientation her facet joints bilaterally.
